Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

Skylogr is a platform that hosts virtual airline crew centers for Infinite Flight pilots. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, display name, callsign, and any profile details you choose to add.
  • Flight data: PIREPs, flight times, routes, aircraft/liveries used, landing rates, and replay telemetry provided by you or captured through ACARS.
  • Virtual airline data: airline name, ICAO code, logo, staff assignments, routes, ranks, events, and member lists that administrators upload.
  • Usage data: pages visited, feature usage, and error reports to help us keep the service running.
  • Third-party identifiers: when you link your Infinite Flight account, we store your Infinite Flight user ID and relevant stats for verification. We do not store your Infinite Flight password.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide the crew center service: logging flights, calculating hours, ranking pilots, and running events.
  • To verify PIREPs against Infinite Flight Live data when you enable verification.
  • To generate SimBrief flight plans when you choose to use that feature.
  • To send notifications you opt into, such as Discord webhook alerts for membership requests.
  • To improve the platform and fix issues.

3. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Infinite Flight: only the data needed to verify your account and flights through their public API.
  • SimBrief: only flight-plan details you explicitly submit to generate an OFP.
  • Discord: only when a virtual airline admin configures a webhook and you trigger an event it is designed to announce.
  • Service providers: hosting, authentication, and payment processors required to operate the platform.

4. Data retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, personal identifiers are removed and flight data is anonymized or deleted according to the virtual airline's settings. Administrators may export or delete their airline's data at any time.

5. Your choices

  • You can update your profile and public-privacy settings in your account.
  • You can leave a virtual airline and remove your membership data from that airline.
  • You can request account deletion by contacting us.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, secure authentication, and access controls to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep your account credentials safe.

7. Contact

If you have questions about this policy or your data, please contact Skylogr support through the project or at the admin contact listed on the site.
